CCYH Registration for the 2023-2024 Season

If you are a returning CCYH family: Please sign in with your e-mail address and password. If you forgot your password, leave it blank and click on submit. League Athletics will email your password directly to you. All of your child's information does not have to be re-entered, however, if you need to update any information such as your e-mail addresses, phone contacts, or insurance information, you may edit your profile when you sign into your account. In addition, all past due balances must be paid in full.

For new families: Welcome! Please create a new account to register your hockey player.

All Registrants: In order to have your child placed on a CCYH team for the 2023-2024 season, he or she must also be registered online with USA Hockey directly. For the 2023-2024 season, USAH registration will open 4/1/2023. This is an annual registration that is your child's liability insurance. The cost to register with USAH is about $45 (free to those 6 years old and younger). Please go to www.usahockey.com and click on "Become a Member."

MITE 2023-2024

Mite: Hockey players who were born between 1/1/2015 and 12/31/2016 will skate from September through March at Valley Sports, Concord MA. Note that some children born in 2017 may be eligible to play on the Mites. This is an individual decision that families may want to make for their experienced player born in 2017. Included in the Mite registration fee is the annual in-house CCYH Mite Beanpot competition in February 2023 at the Middlesex School. Evaluations are required in the spring for placement on a Mite team for the following season.

Please note: A player's uniform is owned by the player for use from one season to the next. New uniforms will be given to all players for the 2023-2024 season and will be included in program cost. Each player will retain the same jersey number from season to season. Game socks are included in tuition and distributed at the first day of practice.

Please arrive early to Evaluations to try on a uniform to ensure correct sizing.

SQUIRT 2023-2024

Squirt: Hockey players who were born between 1/1/2013 and 12/31/2014 will skate from September through April at Valley Sports, Concord MA. Included in the registration fee is the annual in-house CCYH Squirt Beanpot competition in February 2023 at the Middlesex School. Evaluations are required in the spring for placement on a Squirt team for the following season.

PEEWEE 2023-2024

Peewee: Hockey players who were born between 1/1/2011 and 12/31/2012 will skate from September through April at Valley Sports, Concord MA. Evaluations are required in the spring for placement on a PeeWee team for the following season.

Bantam: Hockey players who were born between 1/1/2009 and 12/31/2010 will skate from September through April at Valley Sports, Concord MA. Evaluations are required in the spring for placement on a Bantam team for the following season.
