Mite: Hockey players who were born between 1/1/2011 and 12/31/2012 will skate from September through April at Valley Sports, Concord MA. Note that some children born in 2013 may be eligible to play on the Mites. This is an individual decision that families may want to make for their experienced player born in 2013. Included in the Mite registration fee is the annual in-house CCYH Mite Beanpot competition in February 2020 at the Middlesex School. Evaluations are required in the spring for placement on a Mite team for the following season.

Please note: A player's uniform is owned by the player for use from one season to the next. Each player will retain the same jersey number from season to season. Game socks are included in tuition and distributed at the first day of practice.  If a player is new to the program, loses their game jersey, or outgrows their game jersey, they will be required to purchase a new game jersey. The fee for a new game jersey is $100.

Hot Shots:  The CCYH Hot Shot hockey program is our very own in-house league for players 8-15 yrs old. Our Hotshots program was recently highlighted in the New England Hockey Journal - to read more, Click Here.   Our season consists of 14, or more, weeks of games and practices starting November 2nd and running through the end of February.  We will be playing games on Saturday or Sundays, and practices on a weekday evening.  Monthly schedules are issued in advance for planning purposes.  Games and practices are held at the Middlesex School, Concord MA.

Mosquito: The CCYH Mosquito program is considered our "Hockey 101" program. Full hockey gear is required including a HECC approved helmet with cage. Most participants will have participated in our Learn-to-Skate program or another learn-to-skate program. The Mosquito program practices at 8:10 AM on Saturdays and Sundays from November 2nd though Feb at the Middlesex School. Practice sessions will focus on the basics of ice hockey. The Mosquito program is geared for boys and girls who were born between 1/1/2011 and 12/31/2014.
